Thank you and your team for the prompt, hyper-effective, and friendly support you gave our company – even though you had no incentive to do so. Coming from a couple of previous experiences where other local Solidworks resellers are so hell-bent on making sales they outright refuse to assist with any query (such as the below) unless you purchase a new subscription by force, I must say I was quite impressed to have this resolved in a matter of hours.
While I concede being an electronics design focussed company we may not soon require any new Solidworks products and/or purchases in that direction for the time being, please know that you will be my first recommendation for anyone I come across
